Our goal is to provide unique & affordable private event space on Clearwater Beach
Our event space is reserved for a 2-hour minimum & must be done by 10pm.
This is paid ahead of time
Weekday rate - $250 per hour (Monday through Thursday)
Weekend rate - $300 Per hour (Friday through Sunday)

Individual – Separate tab per guest
Drink Ticket – Single tab for a certain number of drinks (drink tickets)
Open Bar Tab – Single tab for unlimited drinks

Choice of domestic beers / well liquor tab $40 per person

18% gratuity will be added to the final bill
If you would like live entertainment or a DJ please let us know & we can set that up for you as well with special pricing.
